Oklahoma Veterinary Specialists is seeking skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technicians to join our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be experienced in veterinary medicine but willing to learn while working in a fast-paced environment. Our technicians are encouraged to use their full skillset in our practice.
Required skills include but are not limited to:
Ability to properly restrain, IV and urinary catheter placement, filling prescriptions, maintaining accurate medical records, venipuncture, surgical assisting, anesthetic monitoring, taking proper patient histories, various other tasks.
